We’re confident you’ll love your glo - and we want you to feel just as confident shopping with us. If it’s not a match, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund you the price of the product.  whether you’ve changed your mind or simply decided it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund for the price of the products.

Change of Mind or Dislike of Product

If you change your mind or decide the product isn’t for you after trying it, you’re still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be happy! You will need to return the item to us at your own cost.

  1. Provide a valid tracking number for your parcel.

  2. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Make a Return or Claim

To start the process, email info@ohhmyglo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

If your item is defective, include photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will confirm provide detailed return instructions.

Defective or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing issue (for example, leaking packaging or a faulty applicator), please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@ohhmyglo.com.

Include:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange either a refund or a replacement of the same product - whichever you prefer.

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Products purchased through unauthorised resellers or third-party vendors not approved by Ohh My Glo

Limitation of Liability

Refunds or replacements are limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
