Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas/New Year, or on weekends, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Within Australia Only
We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

30-Day Returns

We offer 30-day returns - no questions asked!
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email info@ohhmyglo.com with your order number and reason for return (optional).
You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping and provide us with the tracking details.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
