Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas/New Year, or weekends, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Items listed as pre-order will be processed and shipped according to the timeframes stated on our website.


Shipping Within Australia Only

We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

30-Day Returns

We offer 30-day returns — no questions asked!
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email info@ohhmyglo.com with your order number and (optionally) your reason for return.
You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping and provide tracking details for your parcel.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original condition (unused, unopened, and in original packaging)

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Damages & Issues

If your product arrives damaged or faulty (for example, leaking packaging or a faulty applicator), please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods at info@ohhmyglo.com and include proof (photos or video) so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving or approving your return.
