Welcome to Ohh My Glo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our self-tanning products.
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. Please do not continue to use Ohh My Glo if you do not agree to all of the terms stated below.
1. General
1.1 These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of Ohh My Glo self-tanning products and accessories.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Products and Orders
2.1 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
2.2 We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your device screen will represent colours perfectly.
2.3 Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse, correct, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Orders are generally processed the same day if placed before 2 pm AEST. Delivery times vary depending on location.
3.2 We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
3.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional re-shipping fees may apply.
3.4 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 We accept returns for any reason - including change of mind - within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
4.2 Refunds are issued for the product price only (excluding original shipping fees) once we’ve received the item or a valid tracking number.
4.3 If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods and include proof (photos or video) so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
4.4 Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving or approving your return.
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, EFTPOS, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
5.2 All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
5.3 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment details for all purchases.
6. Marketing Communications
6.1 We collect email addresses and mobile numbers to send promotional, marketing, and advertising messages such as offers and product updates.
6.2 By submitting your contact details (e.g. at checkout or through website forms), you consent to receive such communications from Ohh My Glo.
6.3 You can unsubscribe from emails via the link provided or opt-out of SMS by replying STOP.

The Ohh My Glo mobile message service (“Service”) is operated by Ohh My Glo Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
We may modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Ohh My Glo’s SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages (including promotions, specials, and cart reminders) to the mobile number you provided, even if registered on a Do Not Call list.
Messages may be sent using an automated dialling system. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
